FAQ

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    Please have the following information when you request a return:

    • Order Number

    • Return Items

    • Reason for Return

    The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.

    Shipping service must provide tracking.

    A refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

    Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

  • Our Firmware is encrypted on the device, and we keep it closed source to prevent counterfeit clones that could bypass our quality controls. The hardware only requires a power connection to operate, feel free to use a data blocker or power only USB Cable as a mitigating control.
